A customized plan will be designed to assist you in identifying areas where you want to get a new perspective on your overall vision of who you are and what you would like to achieve for your life. We will identify talents and resources you already have to become your personal definition of success. We will also set goals, action plans and regular follow-ups to keep you accountable.
This program is designed for relationships of all kinds including family, couples and teams. During the sessions we will collaborate to determine strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the alliance. We will also partner to identify the vision of the unit, manage expectations and execute a plan for optimization.
During this workshop we will have conversations that focus on specific tools and topics to assist in transformation. Talking points will include but not limited to conflict resolution, awareness, managing expectations and formulating agreements. The goal of the discussion is to provide a different perspective to potential issues that may arise during your transition into the real YOU.
Great Day Family! My name is LaKiicha Moore aka Mama Bear and I am the founder of Legacy of Excellence Transformation Coaching. I am a tried and true Jersey Girl having grown up in Newark where we thrive by the moto “go hard or go home”. I have spent the last 17 years living in the District of Columbia Metropolitan area where I have fortified my passion of advocacy for the people.
My career has spanned more than twenty-five years working in a variety of different industries including telecommunications, finance, banking, and government. I am currently a serving the community on the Executive Board for the Conflict Resolution Center Montgomery County (CRCMC). I hold certifications in Advanced Life Coaching, Mediation, Event Planning, and Financial Coaching in addition to several degrees in the areas of International Studies and Administration. When I am not working you can find me enjoying time with family and friends, traveling and shopping.

I am going to be 100% real with you. I spent part of my life trying to be someone I wasn’t. I listened to anyone and everyone with a story to identify who I was and what I wanted for my life. Most people told me what I wanted was stupid, naïve, impossible or just flat out wrong. I longed for someone to uplift me as I was instead of trying to change me into who they wanted me to be. I decided that I would become that person not only for myself but use my enthusiasm and positivity to help others. As a result,
Legacy of Excellence was born to encourage others to recognize who they are authentically and be the boss of the life they want. I will have YOU focus on what allows YOU to thrive in the face of adversity Then, I will act as your guide as you develop a plan where you gain control and follow your own unique purpose.
Here is what I can offer you so we can establish a relationship built on trust.
In our sessions you will have a safe space where you can be you without judgement or bias. Your thoughts, feeling and aspirations are important and will be received with respect and kindness. Every measure will be taken to ensure honesty, accountability and enthusiasm during each discussion. This process is all about YOU so we will go at your pace and be intentional with every step of the journey.
Most sessions will be conducted by telephone or video conferencing. If you are located in the DMV or specific the NY Metro area in person sessions are available.
